What it really takes is people who care and have a burden to see a city redeemed. Living in the suburbs I hear a lot about “saving Detroit”. I have amazing friends who are <strong><a href="http://www.woodsidebible.org/detroit/" target="_blank">starting churches in Detroit</a></strong>, I have friends who have <strong><a href="http://fiveninety.com/" target="_blank">moved their business down there</a></strong>. I have friends who have <strong><a href="http://www.dansadlier.com/" target="_blank">moved their entire family</a></strong> to Detroit, all for the purpose of making a difference for something larger than them. </p> <p>If you’re from the suburbs and haven’t been to Midtown then might I highly recommend it. The coffee at Astro is the best i’ve had.
